The online store works only on 100% prepayment. Payment is made in various ways described below.
After placing an order on the site, the selected goods are reserved in the company’s warehouse. The order is awaiting payment.

Payment for the order is made in one of the most convenient ways for you: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, MIR cards.

When placing an order, you can choose a payment method convenient for you. The payment itself takes place through secure sites of payment systems.

After the receipt of funds to the current account of the company, the order is sent to the buyer by the selected delivery method.
Description of the data transfer process

Different countries have different import rules and restrictions, which may affect shipping. Funds for goods that have not passed customs control will be returned to the Payer.
Receiving an order

When the order is delivered to the nearest post office or place of delivery, you will receive a notification by mailbox or by SMS / phone call.

The order can be received by the person who was indicated when filling out the delivery form. Proof of identity may be required.

Upon receipt of the order

  1. Check the shipment for integrity of the packaging.
  2. Sign documents only if the condition of the parcel is not suspicious.

If any deviations are found, fill out the return statement (you can get the statement form from the postal worker). In case of discrepancy in quantity, it is necessary to indicate which goods and in what quantity are missing. List the damaged goods by the name of the goods with an indication of the quantity and a detailed description of the nature of the damage for each item.

Return conditions
You can return the product within 14 days after receiving it.

Return of goods of proper quality
1. Complete and sign the return merchandise application.
2. Scan or photograph the payment documents.
3. Send your application and receipts to b2b@kremlinnuts.com or attach them to your order.
4. Send the order to the Company by handing it over to the point of issue of products, a transport company or to the Russian Post office (depending on where you received the order).

Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order to the Company, we will refund the money according to the details specified in the application.

Return of goods of inadequate quality
1. Complete and sign an application for a return or exchange of goods stating the reason for the return.
2. Take a photo of the product, where the fact of marriage or damage is recorded.
3. Scan or photograph the payment documents.
4. Send your application, photos and receipts to b2b@kremlinnuts.com or attach them to your order.
5. Send the order to the Company by handing it over to the point of issue of products, a transport company or to the Russian Post office (depending on where you received the order).

Refunds are made within 10 days.
